1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gem Sort: Crystal Puzzle 3D ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Gem Sort: Crystal Puzzle 3D is a free-to-play mobile puzzle game developed by NosferGames. The App includes:

Puzzle gameplay with multiple difficulty levels
Advertisements (can be removed via in-app purchase)
Optional in-app purchases for virtual items and features

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to game servers or other users' data
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Redistribute or republish the App or its content

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are:

Final: No refunds except as required by applicable law or the platform's refund policy (Google Play)
Non-transferable: Purchased items cannot be transferred between accounts or devices (unless supported by the platform)
Virtual: Purchased items have no real-world monetary value

6. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us. If you find an ad inappropriate, please report it through the ad itself or contact Google.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and game design, is owned by NosferGames and protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Any defects will be corrected
The App will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NosferGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
